Shipping: We offer complimentary shipping via USPS.

Processing Time: All orders are given a 10 business day creation period from order to shipment. Most items will ship well before that. If you need expedited processing please notify us through the CONTACT FORM before or after purchase. We will notify you via email on the day of shipment with tracking number and expected delivery date. Shipments are sent via USPS and will take 1 to 3 business days.

Manufacturing: Each sterling silver component is individually handmade from its raw form, making each
piece truly one of a kind. Only one metal component on the site is made of cast steel for the functionality of
the magnet closure. The collection is handmade in Southern California.

Refund Policy: We are happy to exchange items within 30 days of purchase for store credit only. We do
not offer refunds as each piece is made to order. To exchange your item please message us through the CONTACT FORM for instruction. The customer is responsible for shipping to KENTON MICHAEL. We provide complimentary shipping back to the customer.

Repair Policy: We happily offer repairs throughout the life of the product. 1 Year after purchase their may be a fee depending on the situation. This will be communicated ahead of time. Please contact us through the CONTACT FORM if you need your jewelry repaired. Lost sterling metal
components are subject to a charge to complete repair. Customers will be notified up front.
